Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We do not support urgent expedited production temporarily. Please arrange your purchase plan in advance.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Area
- Standard shipping: 7–15 business days to most countries/regions
- Remote areas may take 18–25 business days due to local logistics restrictions
We provide shipping tracking numbers for all orders. You can track your parcel status in your order page after shipment.
3. Shipping Fee
Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on your destination country, product weight and volume at checkout. Free shipping promotions will be marked on the corresponding product pages.
4. Delivery Notes
Please fill in your accurate recipient name, address and contact phone number to avoid delivery failure caused by incomplete information.
If the parcel is returned due to wrong address, customer shall bear the return and reshipping fees.
5. Force Majeure Delay
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs inspection, weather disasters, local postal strikes and other uncontrollable factors. We will update logistics information timely once we receive relevant notifications.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund after receiving the returned goods.
